Diana Vienne, Principal

Diana Vienne is an experienced management consultant with over 15 years of global business experience working for Fortune 100 clients in the areas of Change Management, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Human Resources and Communications. She has extensive experience working with executive level clients across industries, including consumer and industrial products, media, technology, aerospace and engineering, oil and gas, financial services and non-profit.  Diana has worked on global projects that include functional redesign, functional audits, implementation of executive talent management systems and programs, executive alignment, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and large scale ERP technology implementations. Diana has consulted for the Human Capital and Strategic Change practices of Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Stromberg Consulting.

Diana graduated with her MA from New York University in Business Education and Organizational Effectiveness, and has her BA in Economics and International Studies from Siena College.  In addition, Diana has earned a Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan Business School.  She is also an active participant in the global and local community, involved in non-profit projects and activities for organizations such as Cross Cultural Solutions, Common Ground and The NY Foundling.
